iCollection supports the Collection Process in the handling of overdue subscribers and cancellation subscribers via 1678. The scope of the iCollection will focus on the collection activities, which relate to the Tele Collection Agents (TCA) and Collection Outsourcers (CO). Therefore, iCollection fulfills and inserts itself into the collection activities or arrear plans to ensure the TCA and CO have required information to effectively inform, answer, or negotiate with the overdue subscribers.
