This eMCI (Multi-Channel Integration) project provides the convergent model for all transactions flowing from diverse applications. It allows unifying all these transaction streams and achieving coherent view for the customer. In this sense, eMCI integrates external applications with core banking system. In this project, we also implemented portal as a channel to provide content and internet banking services that is fully supported by eMCI.
